American Hope Home Care Services Inc. (AHHCS) provides an alternative plan of care to its clients in the comfort of their home. It serves dementia patients as well as terminally and chronically ill individuals in need of short-term or long-term care. The support provided by the AHHCS staff facilitates patients’ recovery, decreases hospital stay, and lowers frequency of hospital admissions. AHHCS enables patients who have suffered an acute medical episode to remain at home with their family during the recuperative period. This enhances the individuals’ recovery process since they receive care and encouragement from professional staff and the support from family, friends, and the community at large. AHHCS also provides expert supervision of competent case management in the event the client requires or chooses an alternative living arrangement such as placement in a senior residence or skilled nursing facility.
